What is included in the Free plan?
A new account receives 1 credit. The Free experience is ad-supported, requires no payment card, and keeps supported source-file processing in your browser.
How many credits does a conversion use?
Standard image and file conversions use 1 credit. Merge, Split, Rotate, and Flatten use 2 credits. Protect, Unlock, Compress, and Redact use 3 credits.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits from the $12.90 one-time pack and unused credits delivered by the monthly 50-credit subscription currently remain in your account until you use them.
How does the 50-credit subscription renew?
Stripe bills $49.90 each month. Every paid subscription invoice grants 50 credits exactly once; failed or unpaid invoices do not grant credits. You can manage or cancel it from the Stripe customer portal.
What does Unlimited include?
Unlimited is a $99.90 monthly subscription. While the subscription is active, successful tool use does not deduct credits from the account.
Are my source files uploaded when I pay?
No. Purchasing a pack or Unlimited does not change file handling. Supported source files continue to be processed locally in your browser.
How is payment and cancellation handled?
Stripe securely processes USD payments. Both the monthly 50-credit and Unlimited subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from the Stripe customer portal in Account.
